At Marriott, I lead all talent focused digital and social media efforts across the enterprise which includes a family of 16 brands and globally, which includes 73 countries. My role I centered on differentiating and positioning Marriott to most effectively leverage digital and social media to address the brand's business needs in the talent space. Some of it can be publicly found in this Wall Street Journal piece on social recruiting in China, or this profile via Fortune Magazine in which we were called out as a social media star. Current initiatives on my plate run the gamut from formalizing a global social media strategy, localizing that strategy for key growth markets, launching a global mobile careers site, SEO initiatives, CRM implementation, digital employer brand initiatives... and the list goes on and on... it's a dream job though!
