I am a Counselor, Educator, and (soon-to-be) Yoga Instructor (200 YTT) in the Greater Bay Area. I have 6+ years of experience working in higher education with high school and college students and received my Masters in College and Career Counseling at one of the most recognized counseling programs within the Bay Area.

I've worked with 450+ students and am able to provide insight and perspective at the high school and college level. I completed my college and career counseling clinical hours at Stanford University and the University of San Francisco. Most recently, I was a Lecturer at San Francisco State University teaching Critical Thinking and College Success.
