I belive in being innovative and taking risks. Innovation doesn’t have to be difficult to achieve. Sometimes the most innovative approaches are the simplest. It just takes looking at a problem through a different lens and examining other perspectives. All stakeholders need to understand the why. The why will help with buy in. Go slow to go fast. Encourage risk taking. Be creative in your approach and know that there is more than one way to get there. Celebrate failures the same way you celebrate successes and create a culture where taking educational risks is appreciated when it’s in the best interest of students.
