Building Operating Models for AI-Era Growth in Dublin, Ireland

Read my articles

I'm a Strategy & Operations leader with 15 years at Fortune 500 scale - Salesforce, Google, Xerox - and one consistent mandate: no playbook, no precedent, build it anyway.

The companies I'm drawn to are at an inflection point, post-series B, mid-AI transformations, scaling faster than the operating model that got them here. That's the problem I was built to solve, and when it's solved, the result is consistent: ecosystems that scale, revenue that compounds, and an operating model that holds under audit.

Most recently as Global Director of Operations at Salesforce, I led the global reseller ecosystem through a 46% CAGR growth, designing the operating model from 1 to scale - building the team, and shipping the governance infrastructure that made it auditable and scalable. In that same period: two Best Use of AI awards for an AI action agent that hit 49% adoption and 97% resolution in five months, and a $68.5M ERP compliance remediation that held the business together during a critical migration.

Before that, at Google, I was the first Operations Manager appointed to a partner program in its early stages, again, no model to inherit, just a mandate to build one.

The pattern is deliberate. I don't run steady-state operations. I build them - in ambiguity, at speed, across geographies - and hand over something that scales without me.

If you're at the point where strategy is set, but no one's built the machine to execute it, that's where I come in.
