Jessica Thompson

Hi! I'm Jess, and I'm an energetic and enthusiastic person who loves new experiences and challenges. I bring these positive qualities to everything I do, whether it be completing a project to the best of my ability or rising before dawn to prepare for a day on the slopes of Mt Ruapehu. I have experience working as part of a team to complete a job to the satisfaction of all, and relish the opportunity to share knowledge and ideas with others.

When I'm not working on tasks for university, I enjoy expanding my knowledge and skills in other areas, such as learning languages (primarily Norwegian) and poi spinning as a modern performance art. I also love skiing in the winter and indoor rock-climbing with friends all year around.

I am interested in moving to Wellington upon completing my university education at the end of 2013.

I will graduate in 2014 with a conjoint degree comprising a BSc (CompSci) and BBA (Fin) (Acct), meeting the academic requirements for NZICA CA membership.
