Jessica Alves

I'm a 20-year-old passionate personal stylist, fashion writer and fashion retail worker from Geelong who has dream to help all men and women of all ages, to look as good as they deserve to.

I'm currently studying at Deakin University for my Bachelor in Media and Communications, with a double major in Journalism and Media. I work in fashion retail and I also write a fashion column and the odd music article for Fortè magazine, the premier music entertainment magazine for Ballarat, Bendigo, Castlemaine, Geelong, Surfcoast and Warnambool.

I've recently become a Student Editor for ASOS, one of the world biggest online fashion locations. Amongst other things, the job mostly entails creating weekly online fashion content in the forms of videos, articles and photo galleries,

I would love to one day go on and study a diploma in Specialist Makeup Services and eventually work as a mix between a stylist, writer and makeup artist.

I have a huge weakness for make up, skincare and beauty in general and my favourite type of movie is a romance with an unhappy ending. I would one day love to own an apartment in New York City, I'm a sucker for fine jewellery and could probably eat my body weight in Spanish olives.
