Jess Donaldson

Chicago, IL

Born and raised just outside of Atlanta, GA, I am the first college graduate in my family with a B.A. in English with a minor in Art History. While at Hollins University I interned in a variety of fields with a focus in not-for-profit businesses and the arts in positions ranging from administration to curation to marketing. During this period I developed a passion for non-profit work, supplementing my interships with volunteer positions through university organizations, including school health fairs, educational panels, and events for students and locals alike.

Upon graduation I moved to Chicago due to my love of the city's history and incredible art and architectural past. Since arriving in the area I've made a name for myself in nurse staffing, helping to secure new hospital contracts and hiring on new nurse and allied health staff for Alternate Nurse Staffing Solutions, LLC. In addition to my increasing level of responsibility at ANS, I like to spend my time volunteering with local animal rescues and civil rights organizations, visiting area museums, and indulging my interests in fashion, photography, and artisan teas.
