Kia ora!

I am a traveller, a writer, a photographer and outdoors enthusiast. I'm also a teacher's daughter and strongly believe that education is more than just 'power'. It's life!

Born in New Zealand, my first adventure abroad was to the Isle of Man where my close family currently live.

My personal living situation is much more complicated since I live in England, where I study Journalism at the University of Lincoln. However, right now I am living it up in the beautiful city of Madrid on an Erasmus programme.

What I love about travelling is being able to step out of my cultural ignorance to observe other lifestyles. It also inspires my photography and writing.

I write because I get great satisfaction giving information that I think is of interest to others. Writing also allows me to preserve memories of my own adventures, which I can reflect on at a later date.

We have a lot to learn in this world and I am eager to find out more.
