About Jessica Ashley Kahal from California

High School Choir, called "Varsity Voices," went on tour to Washington DC, New York City, and Philadelphia. Was in the Woman's Jazz Chorus, called "Here Comes Treble," and performed at the Kennedy Center as part of a special invitation. Sang "I'm Beginning to See the Light." The Men's Doo Wop group also performed and are pictured singing in front of NBC Studios in NYC.

Performed with High School Choir in a candlelight memorial for the September 11 attacks. In the school's amphitheater, combined choirs sang "America the Beautiful" and "This Is My Country", directed by Pat Maddaford. Also performed "Danny Boy" in a solo flute performance.

High School Orchestra performed their winter concert at the Armstrong Theater. Was the featured flutist and also a featured student conductor in the concert.
