Hi. My name is Jessica but my friends call me Jess. I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, breast cancer survivor and most recently a blogger.

I am a Stage 3 Breast Cancer Survivor. I was diagnosed on April 11, 2011, at the age of 29, with no family history on either side of my family. See my story in link below.

Post-cancer, this particular season of life has been one of the absolute hardest seasons I've ever gone through.

One thing that cancer has taught me is that life is finite, so I am taking 2016 as I complete my 5th year since diagnosis to pause. reflect. act.

Pause from what? Life. Junk food. Negativity. Depression. Stress. Unfulfilled desires.

Reflect on what? Past actions. Decisions. Desires. Fears. Love. Peace. Health. Relationships. Life.

Act on what? Direction. Inspiration. Completion. Consistency. Health. Wisdom. Positivity. Desires. Courage. Life.
