I am a PhD student at Arizona State University, studying Writing, Rhetorics, and Literacies. My primary interests are critical race theory, public memory, and popular culture. I currently work as a Graduate Teaching Associate in Writing Programs at ASU, teaching Strategies of Academic Writing, as well as First-Year Composition courses. When I'm not writing, teaching, or studying, I like to hike, read comics, and watch British detective shows (especially Inspector Lewis).
