Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a student living in Geelong, Australia. I am a fan of music, writing, and education.

I am currently completing my Masters in Criminology at Deakin University. The focus of my thesis is on the use of Gangsta Rap as evidence in criminal court cases in the US. Evidence types vary including lyrics, music videos and if the accused was an artist. I will examine a variety of issues ranging from the probative value of the evidence, subculture and race.
