Jessica Rose

Jessica Curl Rose, LAc, M.S.T.C.M. was born in Mendocino county and grew up learning the herbs and mushrooms of the area and she is happy to have returned to found her clnic and school. Jessica is co-founder of Three Springs clinic, Mendocino Community Acupuncture, and Three Springs Institute. She also runs our herbal medicine pharmacy and Chinese herb garden. Jessica treats patients with a wide range of conditions, but specializes in pain management, digestive disorders and women’s medicine. She works with every patient to reach their goals of wellness. She teaches in courses at the Mendocino school.
Jessica Rose is a graduate of the California Acupuncture Tutorial Program and holds a Master’s Degree in Science of Traditional Chinese Medicine from American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her background in medical anthropology and Chinese language informs her study of Chinese medicine and its development in America. She has studied women's medicine and fertility with Dr. Angela C. Wu at Wu’s Healing Center in San Francisco, and meridian acupuncture with Dr. Wang Ju Yi in Beijing. She worked with the Kunming Chinese herb research center in 2004 in the development of the study of the cultivation of Chinese medicinal herbs. She studied in Kunming, China at Yunnan University Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in the Gynecology and Dermatology departments. She is the first credentialed acupuncturist at Mendocino Coast District Hospital participating in the Healing Hospital Program. She has done post-graduate study programs in dermatology and gynecology/obstetrics.
