Hi! My name is Jessica Elizabeth, I currently live in Los Angeles, CA where I recently graduated from a Graduate program in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising/FiDM. I'm also an alumni of the University of Maryland-College Park Campus, where I earned my Bachelors of Arts--GO TERPS!! **I'm from Bethesda, MD--where I lived until attending UMD!**

I'm somewhat of a "Jane of all trades" in that prior to deciding to pursue fashion design, I was lucky enough to have several opportunities to work in a professional capacity in several fields that I had an interest in learning more about on a career level. The fields I enjoyed the most, were also the ones that I also excelled at, Graphic Design (including but not limited to logo development and design, flyer/poster/promotional material design for both the music and nightlife industries), Personal & Corporate Brand Building, Social Media Management (for several companies with 5000+ employees), Public Relations, and Large Scale Event Planning and Management. Since graduating in June 2012, I have been doing freelance fashion design work, specifically technical design/CAD work. Prior to moving into the fashion industry two years ago--I gained experience in graphic design, social media management, personal and corporate brand building, website development, public relations, as well as large scale special event planning and management. I'm also both PC and Mac savvy--as well as being an advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite 5--and am already comfortable and adept at navigating and using all of the changes that came with the major system upgrade in Creative Suite 6.
