I am a Master Coach, Spiritual Counselor, and Marriage and Family Therapist with 13 years of experience. Through counseling, I help couples reconnect who are feeling more like roommates instead of lovers. I show couples how to put the spark back into their relationship. By drawing from my advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I give couples the opportunity to build an intimate, playful, long lasting relationship. I also specialize in working with First Responders (firefighters, police officers, paramedics, dispatchers, etc.). I come from a family of first responders, so I understands the unique culture and how the job can change you, affect your relationships, and alter how you view the world around you. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I am able to utilize this breakthrough psychotherapy approach to process painful, traumatic memories with remarkable speed. EMDR has been proven as an effective treatment for first responders.

In addition to being a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Certified Yoga Instructor, I also hold an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and a Master's Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. When I am not working with clients, I love spending time with my family and my spoiled boxer. She is often referred to as my "fur" child.
