Jessica Jager

Hi, My name is Jessica Jager. I am a full time student at Aurora University studying Digital Marketing. I enjoy marketing because I can use my creative skills to my advantage. My favorite project that I was involved in so far was my Market Research project for Victoria's Secret. My group and I conducted surveys to explore why men do not shop there for their significant other for gifts. We analyzed the data from the surveys and created a solution that can help. In marketing, I enjoy finding an issue and figuring out creative ways to fix the issue.

Outside of school, I recently got the opportunity to work as an intern at Corporate Learning Institute. I work on many projects that give me experience in social media marketing, SEO, email marketing and integrated marketing. I enjoy watching how my work effects the company. My favorite part about the internship is creating content and posting on the many social media platforms. I enjoy interacting with their consumers and looking at the analytics to see what their fans like and what they don't.

Before my internship, I worked for a marketing firm called Principal Marketing, INC. I worked with clients and represent thier product by running showcases in roadshow events. Our ultimate goals was to create brand awareness and sell the product to the consumer.

Before I was a sales representative, I worked as a nights and weekends manager at Michaels Craft Store. This job taught me leadership skills and gave me experience in customer experience.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies either at the theater or Netflix. Also, I have been drawing and painting my whole life, and I enjoy being able to have the time to get in touch with my creative side.
