I'm a 26-year-old alumnus of American University with professional experience in politics, communications, and non-profit advocacy for children's health issues - specifically childhood cancer. After 6 years in Washington, D.C., I am happy to be back in the Midwest, closer to my family and pursuing my professional interests in communication and program planning. I am also focusing on a dream of mine: publishing my first young adult novel, Glow.
