Jessica Kirkwood serves as Associate Vice President of Supporter Engagement at CARE USA, an international NGO focused on global humanitarian aid. Prior to joining CARE, Jessica was the Chief of Staff at Matchfire, a cause marketing firm delivering the right message for the right person at the right time to shape attitudes, action and advocacy. Prior to Matchfire, Kirkwood was Deputy Chief of Staff on Michelle Nunn’s campaign for U.S. Senate in Georgia. She also previously served as a Senior Digital Strategist with Social People where she helped nonprofit and corporate clients conceive of, plan and implement innovative online marketing projects. Before joining Social People, Jessica was the Vice President for Digital Strategy at Points of Light, a national nonprofit focused on volunteerism. Over the past 25 years, she has served in numerous, executive-level roles in nonprofit management with a focus on fund and program development, marketing and event management. She is also a seasoned trainer and group facilitator. She lives in Decatur, Georgia with her husband and two children.
