Jessica Lieberman

Hello, I’m Jessica. I’m a consultant living in Passaic, New Jersey. I'm a simple Jersey girl looking for big opportunities to help myself grow professionally. I have just graduated with a BA in Organizational Communications, minoring in Jewish studies with a certificate in Leadership Development Through Civic Engagement. I have studied the Hebrew language, Organizational Consulting, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Public Relations. I spent my college career as a Treasurer for a student organization, a health promotion advocate, and social media manager for Her Campus Montclair. I have plenty of leadership experience and a lot of marketing background, but I want to break into the Human Resources industry.

Anyone can be trained or educated in a field, lets say Human Resources, but a true "people person" can't be learned. I specialize in social media management for a small business, non profit, and an online publication. I'm in skilled in assessing and writing in the style and language of my client and organization through focused research and building a connection with my client. I care about the work I do and I can work in a team just as well as I can work independently. I work to build a positive environment and healthy production and management within the workplace. I am exacting with details and numbers as I have experience working in the finance industry. I am looking for an entry level Human Resources position in a corporate environment that wants to grow its employees as much as I want to, as well.
