Following the completion of a Business and Administration Apprenticeship I continued my 6 year career within the Engineering Industry as a P.A. to the Board of Directors before beginning my sales career within the Health and Fitness Industry working for one of the leading organisations experiencing a vast range of company cultures before moving to Leeds to progress on to a new role as a National Account Manager for a large Health Supplement Distribution Company.

My experience within different business sectors has exposed me to the importance of employee engagement and the fact that the happiest and most engaged people always produce the best results, irrespective of the team or department and regardless of what else is going on in a business.

Engagement truly allows companies of all sizes to make the most of the talent they hire, retain an excellent workforce and attract new highly skilled individuals. I genuinely believe your people make your business.

A little more about me, outside of work I am an avid health and fitness participant and a huge foodie - both cooking and eating, I have a serious peanut butter and avocado addiction (just not together) and I attempt burning off all of this food by completing my local Parkrun every weekend, which is usually followed by coffee and cake with friends, so possibly a little counterproductive!
