Jessica McFadden brings over 18 years of communications counsel, public relations experience, editorial prowess and social media strategy.

After graduating from U.C. Berkeley, she served as an aide to United States Senators Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein, and as a media team executive at H+K Strategies/Hill & Knowlton.

Currently a leading “mom blogger” of the Washington, DC-centric parenting website A Parent in Silver Spring and the blog A Parent in America, McFadden also provides freelance writing and communications counsel for parenting and education entities.
