Jessica Morris

Jessica Morris is a journalist, writer and public relations consultant near Melbourne, Australia. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media and Communications from Deakin University and a Cert III in Christian Ministry and Theology. Named a Kwong Lee Dow Young Scholar by Melbourne University and a ‘Hot Shot’ Student Journalist by the ‘Geelong Advertiser’ in 2008, Jessica has had work published in Girlfriend magazine, the Geelong Advertiser, the Salvation Army’s ‘KidZone’, local publication ‘NewsAngle’ and more recently JesusFreakHideout.com. Currently working as a media and public relations co-ordinator for the organisation ‘Hope Movement’, Jessica is skilled in writing, interviewing, proofing, PR, social media and basic graphic design. With a passion for pop culture and social justice, Jessica seeks to become a voice for this generation in a media industry saturated in the ideals of wealth, beauty and success.
