I grew up in a family of readers and information seekers. It came as no surprise when I fell into the comfort of a degree in English. Besides reading popular literature I came to find a passion in reading, chronicling and sharing books.

I love choosing the right book for a specific reason, topic, or even a how-to. Even as I began thinking of starting a blog the first thing I did was look up a book on how to write a blog! I have a special love for children's literature and believe that reading aloud to your children is one of the most important things you can do as a parent.

I am a mother of two young boys and my husband and I have made a simple life for ourselves in the woods of New England. I am a believer in the golden rule and that everyone has talents and gifts to share. As reading and finding the perfect book is a passion for me, I look forward to sharing it with you!
