Hi, I'm Jessica. 👋

Project management and action prioritization skills set me apart from other employees, and I take on new tasks with a positive attitude and a focus on process mapping. Using quantitative data to drive business decisions and to support internal and external customers in a creative way is a passion for me; I can bridge the gap between the creative and logistics of a marketing campaign.

I'm currently the Product Marketing Manager at Smith.ai, an AI customer engagement solution.

Previously, I worked at TelWare, a regional VoIP provider where I supported transforming the company from a hardware reseller to a SaaS business model, developing and launching OneCloud, a VoIP software solution.

Outside of work, I love discovering new music, playing board games, and reading fantasy.
