As a coach, I work with leaders who want to dial up their effectiveness and influence with their teams, and increase their impact on the organization. I help clients find clarity, insight and direction, then build the momentum and confidence to move forward towards growth. While our coaching conversations primarily explore career or business shifts, it's common that ‘life’ works its way in, too. My approach to coaching is about considering everything because being awesome can’t be compartmentalized.

As a consultant,I focus on leadership and organizational effectiveness and bring a wide range of knowledge, experience and insight to all of my work. My clients range from small startups to large corporations, from retail to technology to biotech and financial services. While the nature of my projects ranges across the full spectrum of organizational development (team effectiveness, offsite design & facilitation, roles & responsibilities, high-potential development, etc.), at the heart of all my work is a close partnership with senior leaders, to engage teams, enhance performance and drive behavior change.

While my background covers a broad range of people-focused disciplines, my passions lie with fostering relationships and providing clarity, to help teams and individuals feel more productive and engaged in their work.
