I’m a Lecturer at the Kelley School of Business, ranked #8 Overall and #1 in Student Quality by Recruiters. My prior experience as a recruiter and career coach inspired me to focus my career on helping people identify and leverage their strengths, interests, values, and unique personality traits in order to pursue a career path in which they will excel. My passion is coaching others through the job search process, enabling them to be authentic and have a successful career.

Each of my professional experiences has contributed to my knowledge and experience in helping people prepare for the job search. My experiences as a Recruiting Manager at PwC, Associate Director of Professional Development at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and as the Associate Director of Career & Corporate Services at Penn State have each been instrumental in building my expertise in the area of career coaching. I also have the pleasure to work with private clients through my private consulting practice, StorySelling.
