I believe in the mission of my institution. I will live the values every day in the work that I do and how I present myself to colleagues and students. I will use a holistic lens when working with students to get to know them as a person and what drives their goals and aspirations. I will keep their success at the forefront of the decisions and work I do every day. I will collaborate with others across the institution, and always give it 100% effort. I will be transparent and honest in my communication, but also considerate.
