I am the first and ONLY Caterpillar Coach, known for inspiring personal and global transformation by pioneering a Legit Love Revolution and Me Time Movement. Through my own personal experience of transforming from a “Yes Girl” who experienced excruciating stomach pains to “Miss Me Time” enjoying a loving, playful life of choosing my own journey, I now guide others to break through mental and emotional barriers and experience “Legit Love” – truly adoring themselves and using that love to impact the world.

I am passionate about community oneness, bringing people who are eager to dive into the essence of loving life together via ongoing events such as Visions & Vino, Ladies LOVE Brunch & Sensory EXPLOSION.

Along with overseeing the Culture & Engagement department at one of FORBES’ Best Small Companies, Allegiant Travel Company, I am the Tribe Leader for the women’s empowerment group Sisters C.A.C.H.E. (Creating Authentic Connection through Honest Engagement).

I have shared my voice on many stages including TEDxWomen’s Las Vegas event, TEDxFremontEastWomen as the co-host and organizer, Women in Media Mentoring Initiative’s (WIMMI) kick-off event, National Association of Women Business Owners’ (NAWBO) monthly luncheon, Las Vegas NBC affiliate’s business show VEGAS Inc., the Occupy Your Life NOW!
