Economic Development Consultant: Like you, Jessie understands the importance of bringing value to peoples lives thru economic development and job creation opportunities. Jessie brings real-life experiences and knowledge of the private and public sector. Through his entrepreneurial upbringing, military service, and public service in working directly with government and business leaders, Jessie has the unique ability to solve problems, provide strategic advice, and bring actionable results where others cannot. He understands the communities needs and knows true economic development comes from close collaboration between the private and public sectors. Jessie served in the U.S Army 8th Infantry Division in West Germany and was in Berlin where he witnessed the end of the Cold War. Shortly there after Jessie was deployed to the Middle East to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Iraq During Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm where he was assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division. After active service, Jessie's military secret clearance credential allowed him to serve in the aerospace industry at Hughes, Rockwell and Boeing Aerospace in California. Jessie has an understanding of local, county, state and federal matters and has assisted in facilitating the processing of projects in industries such as renewable energy, mining, residential developments, military, transportation, and public utilities. He also engaged with Native American tribes to promote economic development on tribal lands. For over 12 years, Jessie served as a Senior Field Representative for elected officials where he engaged directly with the community and government elected officials on a local, state, federal and international level to resolve constituent issues and promote economic development. He visited and consulted with leaders from such countries as China, Sri-Lanka, Mexico, Korea, India, Canada and Israel to promote Economic Development. Jessie has started several successful small businesses, he is a realestate investor, owns a non emergency medical transportation company. Jessie develops or introduces products and services that bring value to companies and people's lives.
