Marketer by profession, designer by heart, and leader by conviction.
Jessi is the Head of Marketing at HealthyVita, with a data-driven mindset and a creative flair, she focuses on crafting strategic campaigns, fostering meaningful connections with the community, and driving impactful growth in digital channels.
Her international experience includes receiving the OeAD Ernst Mach Grant in 2015, awarded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science, and Research (BMBWF), as well as completing an Intercultural Skills Certificate from FH JOANNEUM.
Jessi has worked with Unreasonable Mexico as a Ninja Web, using her passion for design to drive social impact. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, where she leads initiatives with a global vision and local implementation.
In 2024, she became Director of Digital Marketing at HealthyVita, where she combines data analysis and creativity to develop effective strategies, strengthen community connections, and drive digital growth. Prior to this role, she worked as Social Media Manager, designing and coordinating digital and audiovisual communication strategies.
She is a mentor and climate leader for The Climate Reality Project, dedicated to increasing awareness of the climate crisis and inspiring concrete actions toward sustainability.
A passionate speaker, workshop facilitator, and mentor, Jessi is committed to democratizing access to knowledge and tools that enhance personal significance, empower purposeful leadership, and inspire people to take action.
With a deep passion for justice, personal development, and leadership, she continuously seeks new opportunities to grow and help others grow. Guided by her triple "E" philosophy—Educate, Emotion, and Empower—she strives to challenge and change the world by connecting, humanizing, and empowering people.
