It was my first time in a room full of like-minded email nerds - and I learned that our job was about more than just creating pretty emails.
I realized that in this new era of product experience, my role is crucial to expanding the funnel, driving customer retention, and accelerating growth.
Currently, I create the strategy and manage the optimization of lifecycle programs. I collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand customer challenges and improve conversion, onboarding, activation, and retention through multi-channel campaign efforts.
