Welcome to my Maison! My name is Jess, born in Murcia – Spain, beautiful place and incredible weather. Lived my childhood in Paris, place where I discovered the gastronomy, and a few years ago returned to Spain.
Cook is my passion. I remember my first time cooking for my family I was seven years old, I locked up in the kitchen and made spaghettis and hamburgers, nothing fancy but for me it was amazing!
I love to cook for my family, it’s the best feeling I can have when I come to the table and bring a boneless stuffed fattened hen or cauliflower au gratin and see them mouthwatering just wanting to eat.
Food is the best stuff to share with people you love, with your friends or for astonish someone special. Why? because it's made with love! Everything is better around a good meal. You can discover the world with the food and learn about other cultures.
When I travelled to other countries the first thing I wanted to do it's discover typical food.
I've long wanted to make a food blog but always procrastinating, giving excuses and finally I’m here to share what I know with you!
I will try to explain the best I can tasty recipes so that everyone can do it.
