I am a lover of life, nature and adventure. I spend my days meditating anywhere and everywhere, endlessly loving my dog, hugging trees, staying present, taking photographs and practicing gratitude.

I laugh often and love always.

In April 2015, I will be embarking on a new adventure, leaving a stable and fulfilling city life to embrace my gypsy heart and live on the road full-time. Follow along as my steadfastly ornery four-legged sidekick Maggie and I stumble, dance and hike our way across the American West in our Airstream.
