Who. Me — female, latter half of my twenties. New here from Atlanta.
What. A room in a place, and maybe a place to park.
When. Mid October or early November.
Where. Mission, Outer Mission, Potrero Hill, Dogpatch, and/or other cool places I don’t know about yet.
Why. Because it’s cheaper to live with other people, mainly.

  1. A cat in the latter half her tens. She's smart, friendly, and likes to play fetch sometimes.
  2. One car, 6-8 boxes of clothing, a set of Harry Potter books

  3. Friendly with all the stuff that people say they’re friendly with. I’m open.
  4. Relatively neat; like to keep common areas clean. My room can get cluttery.
  5. Still trying to fix my credit from fucking it up in college/after college where I got a degree in music. My credit is crappy but I pay rent on time (and have references to prove it).
  6. Considerate and honest. Passive-aggressive roommate games are bullshit.
