WHAT WE DO INDIA ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ

OUR MINISTRIES

1) JESUS CHILDREN FEEDING STATIONS.

โ€‹The JESUS Feeding Station Ministry is a vital outreach that serves as a bridge to reach unreached communities in Indian villages. Every Sunday after church service, children receive a nutritious meal of rice, sambar, and chicken curry. Along with physical nourishment, they also receive spiritual guidance through Bible lessons and prayers in Sunday School.

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." โ€“ Proverbs 22:6

By instilling faith and values at a young age, we are shaping a strong foundation for their future, ensuring they walk in the path of Godโ€™s love and wisdom throughout their lives.

ONE FEEDING CENTER COST $200.

2) HANDS OF CHRIST
Helping the Helpless

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord." โ€“ Colossians 3:23
"She was always doing good and helping the poor." โ€“ Acts 9:36

The "Hands of Christ" project focuses on providing crucial support to widows in challagundla and Dachepalli, India. This initiative seeks to address a prevalent vulnerability faced by widows in India, where traditional societal norms and practices can lead to social exclusion, financial hardship, and abuse. Specifically, the project establishes centers, each serving 10 widows, offering them food baskets that contain essential items like rice, lentils, edible oil, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, and fresh vegetables. The organization strives to reflect God's love by providing nourishment, dignity, and hope to these vulnerable women.

At present, we have 1 centers supporting 10 widows in each (total 10 widows). Cost to help each widow: $10 a month.

3) PAUL Projects
1 John 5:11, highlights the Christian belief that God's greatest gift is eternal life, found through His Son, Jesus Christ. This scripture emphasizes the theme of eternal life as a gift from God, a present possession for believers, characterized by a relationship with God. As Christians we celebrate his birth at Christmas, yet even more, we praise God for the gift of salvation and eternal life that was given to us though Jesus Christ. Through this project, we believe that an underprivileged child receives a Christmas gift box filled with goodies. Each Christmas season

we distribute $2000 gift boxes to the children in various villages, churches and unreached people groups. Sometimes the children gather at Hillview Baptist Church campus to celebrate with good meal and Christmas events.

Cost per Box: $3

Each Box if filled with one or more of these goodies: Christmas story book, a candy, cookies, pen, pencils, eraser, coloring book, crayons, bath soap. toothbrush, toothpaste, hair oil and moisturizer.

4) pastoral ministry.
Practical help to poor Pastors
Like all of us, Pastors need practical encouragement from time to time so we try to help as often as we can. It maybe an article of clothing or assistance with medical needs for their families. Sometimes they need various things to help their village communities.

Sometimes extra food supplies helps a poor pastor take care of his family which is essential if he is to continue ministering to his community and bring blessings.

We are blessed with some very special men who look after more than one village each which means they spend a lot of time travelling between places to offer help and hope. These villages can be miles apart and in remote places so transport is often difficult. The local overcrowded buses do not always reach every place and are certainly not convenient in an emergency! So one of the most practical things we can do is to provide second hand motor bikes or bicycles for these men which allows them to move around more easily. Please also bear in mind that these bikes need regular servicing, have running costs and ultimately need replacing.
One pastor support $20 or $30.

5) Tract Distributing

โ€œAnd Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.โ€ John 6:11 (KJV)

Handing out Gospel tracts is another easy way to begin sharing the Gospel. You can leave them in places for people to read them later, and you can hand them to people (the latter is the most desirable practice.)
