Hailing from the tropical beaches of Miami, FL, I am currently working as a Customer Insights Analyst at the United States Postal Service (USPS) headquarters in Washington, D.C. My role involves brand management through the implementation of both quantitative and qualitative marketing research methodologies.
Prior to USPS, I lived in South Korea for two years under a Fulbright grant where I worked as a High School conversational English instructor, marketing intern, and an independent researcher. My ardor for global business and cultural diversity stems from not only my experience in Korea, but from several undergraduate internships and a semester abroad in Tokyo, Japan prior to graduating with a BBA from the University of Miami.
My academic and career interests are very diverse, but revolve mostly around international business trends (particularly in East Asian markets), quantitative research, data analysis, behavioral economics, consumer psychology, multicultural marketing, North Korean foreign relations, and U.S. race and ethnic relations.
