"You have to Dream big if you want to be the person you wished to become," those were the word that pushed me forward to this day. I studied the Violin for 16 years and continuously add more instruments to my repertoire of skills. At an early age I had been to many events, exposing me to various music and being able to experience what is like to be a musician.
With hard work and determination, I manage to be a part of the UST Symphony Orchestra. Being able to fully Immerse on what it is like to be an orchestral Musician. At the same time, Collaborating with peers and fellow musicians on various performances and recordings.
Experience had taught me how important it is for a musician to have focus. It had taught me that musicians need to be adaptable to their situation, whether be it for practices, or for recordings. It made me realize just how difficult it is to find that space where you can focus. Just how difficult it is to understand the music when the environment isn't suited for you. Just how difficult it is to share what you can when the situation is so against you.
I believe that a good space would make a good musician, as such we have to build that space so that future musicians can grow and become better than us in everyway. Nothing should stop us from improving, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't find that space for us to improve further.
