Hello! My name is Jordy Thery.

I was morbidly obese. After being diagnosed with CES, I embarked on a mission to lose weight. In little over 16 months I have lost 127kg. (279,9lbs) Staying on my ideal weight is a constant struggle.

Nowadays I do not follow any diet. I have changed my lifestyle. Eating healthy and regular visits to the fitness are key.

P.S: Did I mention I study to become a computer engineer AND I am the creator of one of the most used World of Warcraft server repacks found on the web to date? Yes. I have a busy life. :-)
