Hello, I’m Joel and I'm the owner of JF Public Adjusters. I help homeowners and business owners with their property damage insurance claims.

What sort of claims do I handle? Fire and smoke damage claims, water and flood damage claims, wind and storm damage claims, vandalism claims, and other first-party claims (first party meaning you are filing a claim with your own insurance company).

How do I help? In a nutshell, I maximize my clients' insurance claim settlement.

How do I do that? I use my knowledge in property damage and building codes to prepare a comprehensive damage estimate. I then use my experience in claims management to put together all the documents needed to ensure my clients' claims are settled without any delay. I use my negotiation skills to ensure I secure the best possible settlement for my clients.

Which clients can I help?

I can help both homeowners and business owners with properties located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. I do have licenses in other states, however, I focus mainly on these 4 states so I can easily travel to my clients.
