Have been on the development teams for many of the outstanding planned communites in the Greater Richmond area, Woodlake, Brandermill, Wyndham, Wellesley, Waverly, Oak Park, Founders Bridge. Spent ten years as sales and marketing VP for a local top 5 builder. Have been involved with the Home Builder Association of Richmond in many capacities, public relations committee, shrink swell soil committee, ambasador committee, director of the Home Owners Warranty Corporation, sales and marketing committee past chairman, parade of homes committee, board of directors, recipient of the Guy B. Hazelgrove, Jr membership development award and recepient of the sales manager of the year award. Currently serve on the Richmond Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service Committee and continue to serve as a member of the sales and marketing committee of the Home Builder Association of Richmond.
