I am working as CTO for various endeavours, defining and implementing native Android apps, backend systems with Grails and Groovy or doing SPAs with AngularJS/Meteor. All with a very high UX approach, wireframes etc. included. If not busy (most of the time) i let my 40+ year old italian toy roar through the alps. I am working from Munich and San Francisco with a little Berlin at the side

MUSICJUSTMUSIC, a munich based startup, brings together three passions of Information Technology visionary and Co-Founder of MJM, Jürgen Fey: Code, Music, the Web.

From publishing some of the earliest web magazines, to defining standards and system architectures for Android and other technologies of major mobile operators, to creating internally an XML-alike content format long before such a Standard came to life, Fey brings together all of his talents into MJM. His goal is to continuously provide the best and most comprehensive, in the box, automated, ease-of-use software engine that powers MJM's giant turntable and clockwork of services, products and integrations. Scalable, affordable and profitable for any customer.

As the CTO of MJM Juergen has defined the brand new system architecture. He is leading the technical design and the implementation for the MJM hub. He thinks way beyond the current state to prepare the whole team for the next phases.

After his first professional life as Editor-in-Chief of several computer magazines in Germany and developing Transputer & SPARC systems in between, Juergen moved on to develop a CMS for large portals based on the then brand new XML & XSL technology before concentrating on the emerging mobile communications industry in the late 90s.

He worked as a Consultant/Technical Analyst for Nokia, Microsoft Mobile, Gate5, Vodafone Global, Sony NetServices, T-Mobile, Deutsche Telekom, Ericsson Prototype Division, HBM, Allianz and BMW working 'hands on' with the latest Technologies like Android, iPhone, IMS and LTE.

As CTO of Androidian.de he led several "deep" Android related projects and worked also on some "on-the-edge" browser based touch UE projects for embedded solutions.
