It consists of a thorough market research, aimed on Candidates with particular skills and / or knowledge and a careful selection process of best personality match to our Client companies culture and approaches. Given that very often the right Candidates are not actively seeking new opportunities, the job consists partially of career coaching and consulting as well, in order to attract the top talent to our Clients. It is evident that it is a particularly delicate methodology, requiring the highest level of creativity and inventiveness, an irreproachable professional spirit and extreme sensibility to the privacy of all the parties concerned.
