Jeffrey Fidelman

I’m a finance and strategy leader with deep experience supporting venture-backed companies and funds. As a former Partner at a NYC-based VC firm, I focus on refining investor narratives, building and revising pitch materials and financial models, and delivering valuation analyses and cap table planning. I’ve served as interim CFO for more than 300 companies and funds between funding rounds, helping them prepare for engagements with angels, family offices, and institutional investors. My background includes roles at Harvard, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and a venture capital partnership.
