After many years working in the world of equity capital markets, I realized that people were the most important part of any organization and wanted to gain a better understanding of how we can improve organizational performance through people. I pursued first an MBA and then a PhD to better understand individual behaviors and interpersonal interaction within organizations.

I now teach, consult and speak on organizational and interpersonal issues, with a focus on leadership, emotional and social competencies and identity.
