Since 2000, I have been supporting organisations to learn, grow and thrive. From startups to SMEs and larger organisations including foundations, I have worked in consulting, teaching, facilitation and as a hands-on entrepreneur and investor. This has included culture and leadership development, organisational design, core strategy formulation, product/service development and marketing/ communications efforts.

My current focus is venture co-creation at the intersection of high-performance and high-impact, marrying the best of legacy business approaches with the much-needed multiple bottom line mindset. I am inspired by living systems theory, permaculture, yoga, modern physics, eastern philosophy and my MBA.

In 2009, I co-founded Montreal-based healthy food and beverage companies Crudessence and RISE Kombucha. A strategic seed investor and mentor in both, I also served as the CEO of Crudessence from 2010 to 2013 and am currently Chairman of the Board at RISE Kombucha. I lectured at the University of Montreal’s HEC business school and have coached and advised numerous organisational leaders. I am also a regular speaker on topics including culture, sustainability and conscious business.
