This is the first thing I tell myself when I wake up each morning. I have been intentional about my development in order to gain the skills and experiences that allow me to reach greater heights. And guess what?....I’m still working at it!

I’m not content with mediocrity, only excellence. I work towards it every day and I am confident I am on the right path. My experiences have afforded me the ability to build meaningful relationships, supervise diverse teams, develop multifaceted training programs, provide innovative solutions, improve efficiency, and learn new concepts quickly.
