In my tenure as Public Information Officer, I have obtained a wide breadth of knowledge in the communication and operation of municipal government and its organizations. I am a skillful tactician in formulation and control of external messaging, service planning and delivery, customer relations, public life fire safety, labor relations, human resource management, education, code compliance and construction document evaluation and review.

My experience includes the direction and management of all facets of municipal communications and emergency services delivery; with significant exposure in media relations, successful intergovernmental relations with city, county, and state agencies, as well as compliance with procedures and regulations. Past experience includes reorganization and design of public organization, community service programs, governmental relations, infrastructure planning and development, as well as fiscal responsibility and control.
