Jhana Pfeiffer-Hunt
Interpretive & Spatial Designer and Lecturer in Victoria, Australia
Hi
I am a practicing artist/designer completing postgraduate studies in Cultural Heritage and Museum Studies.
I have a background in Interior Design as well as Visual and Performing Arts and currently teach in the Interior Architecture program at Monash University and at Monash College.
My recent projects have included interpretive signage for nature trails for the City of Wodonga VIC (2015) and a public art commission for Hepburn Shire Council (2015). Most recently, I have been involved in producing Enquiring Minds, an event series focused on encouraging exchange and learning about Indigenous Australian culture. Launched in November 2016, the next event will be held 11 Feb 2017 at BIGBANG. For more information about the event series go to the Enquiring Minds website.
I have also recently begun writing a blog, Sublime Interventions, which is an exploration and commentary on exhibitions, displays and other encounters of art and design.
