Jhénelle is an early career scientist with an interest in impactful projects that understand the impacts to local and regional environments. She earned her BSc in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech) and her MSc in Climate Change from the University College London (UCL). Jhénelle was also selected from a pool of over 70,000 applications to earn the prestigious Chevening Award Scholarship in 2021.

From designing and building offshore renewable energy systems to using nuclear analytical techniques for climate research, Jhénelle thrives in an agile and dynamic environment that allows her to work with a vibrant and diverse team as well as support climate science related projects.
