Hello, my name is James D. Herlehy and I live in Evansville, Ontario. I like robotics and building. Because of my interests I want to pursue a career in Mechatronics. This goal was inspired by my family. When I'm at home I like to build things and play piano, yet the building takes precedence. My family, as a result, pushed me to something that would be more building oriented. When learning the material for this career, I tend to be a visual or auditory learner. Which I think is good as most people teach in either the auditory or visual way.

If Mechatronics doesn't work out for me, I'd like to be a technician and maintain the robots instead of building them. I think this a good choice as I would be helping others preform these tasks and people have said I'm helpful, fun and kind. I suppose the reason I like music is because I'm kind as I like music because it keeps moral high and stress low.

One of aspirations is to have my own robotics firm. This is because I would like to lead it and make robots on my own terms. For this I would need to lead at my own pace. I donn't have that quality right now, as I tend to be patient and wait for people as they realize what it is they are supposed to do. Although, I do always say "Make Your Mark".
